Our pledge is, we will work to fulfill your needs within your means and ability to pay  whenever possible.

We accept payment from the Department of

Health and Human Resources.

When arrangements are made you will be given a

Statement of Goods and Services

Our service costs are listed on our General Price List, a copy will be provided at the arrangement conference, or when requesting information on our prices.
